Laundry pickup and delivery in Barcelona
Lotti is an online laundry service in Barcelona with pickup and delivery. You choose a time and a courier collects your bags from your home, apartment or hotel. We wash and dry your clothes on the programme you picked and bring them back folded, usually in about 3 hours. There's no subscription, and you don't have to carry bags to the laundromat.
How it works
Order online or in the app
Choose the pickup day and time (any hour from 10:00 to 21:00), the wash programme and your address. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or in cash to the courier.
We pick up at your door
Have your clothes ready in bags. The courier collects them from your home, apartment or hotel, and you can track your order in real time.
We wash, dry and fold
Every order is washed on its own, on the programme and temperature you chose. Your clothes are never mixed with anyone else's.
We bring it back
You get your clothes back clean, dry and folded at the same address, usually within about 3 hours of pickup.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to wash my laundry with Lotti?
€12.99 for an order of up to 9 kg (one wash-and-dry cycle) and €17.98 for up to 18 kg (two cycles). The price includes VAT, pickup and delivery, and you always see it before you pay.
How long does it take?
We usually bring your clothes back clean and folded within about 3 hours of pickup. Times are approximate: if there's a significant delay, we'll let you know.
Which areas of Barcelona do you cover?
All ten districts of Barcelona, except the upper parts of Collserola and the far north of Nou Barris, and much of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. The website and the app check your address when you order.
Do you iron or dry clean?
No. The service includes washing, drying and folding. We don't offer ironing, dry cleaning or stain treatment, and we don't wash items that aren't machine washable and tumble-dryable.
